How can we improve our communications?
22 August 2019
Murray Local Land Services is asking for customer feedback on its communications products.
The survey, available online until 6 September, will help the organisation identify where it can improve its communications with customers, particularly in the agriculture space.
Board member Sarah Trescowthick, of Holbrook, said the review was essential to ensure Murray Local Land Services was providing value to customers through its communications.
“We currently have a range of products, which include several newsletters, social media and our website,” she said.
“This project has been a board priority as we want to make sure that we resource the communications products properly, that they are timely and the information they provide is useful and valuable to our customers.
“Our region covers more than 40,000sq km, and we have more than 6,000 ratepayers in diverse agricultural enterprises in our catchment, including cropping, grazing, irrigation crops and horticulture.
“We acknowledge that we need to be providing a lot of different information that supports these customers in their activities, so it is of paramount importance that we are focusing our communications in the right areas.”
Ms Trescowthick said those who participate in the survey would go in the draw to win one of 40 gift cards valued at $50.
